We require a card on file to hold our appointments, we won't charge the card but we do have a Cancellation Policy. Our Cancellation Policy is that we ask for 24 hours notice when canceling an appointment, if the appointment is cancelled within 12 hours we charge 50% of the treatment total, if the appointment is a no call no show then we charge 100% of the treatment total. This allows us to make sure that our therapists are compensated for the services performed and protected against no show appointments and last-minute cancellations.
