Payment FAQ

Why do you require a card on file to book the appointment?

  • We require a card on file to protect our therapists. This allows us to make sure that they are compensated for the services performed and protected against no show appointments and last-minute cancellations. 


How can I tip my service provider?

  • If paying on a card, a tip can be added to the card, and it will show up on their paycheck.
  • Cash is accepted or some providers have Venmo codes that can be scanned.


Do you charge sales tax?

  • Sales tax is not required to be charged on services.
  • Sales tax is charged for any retail purchased.


Do you accept a check?

  • Yes, however a credit card must still be on file and will be charged in the event the check does not go through.


Can minors receive a massage?

  • For clients under the age of 16 we require written consent from a parent or guardian and request that parent or guardian to be present in the room during the massage service. Clients between the age of 16-18 only need parental written consent. Minors also need parental written consent for facial services as well. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and well-being of both our therapists and our younger clients.


Massage Therapy FAQ

Can I receive massage therapy if I am pregnant?

  • Yes! Please tell our receptionist when you are booking so they can put it in the notes for your service provider to ask you questions
  • Pregnancy bolsters are available that have a cut out for your growing belly
  • It is the client's responsibility to tell their service provider of any important information about the pregnancy to their technician and to have confirmed with their doctor prior to treatment that they have no contraindications
  • Dry saunas and steam showers are contraindicated for pregnancy


Will I be sore after my massage?

  • Sometimes, when working out knots in the muscle tissue, a detoxification process happens. This is why it is important to drink lots of water after a massage to help flush out the tissues
  • Your service provider will check in with you on pressure at least once during your treatment, it is the client's responsibility to tell their provider if pressure is needing to be adjusted more or less

How do I find your location?

  • 652 N Kays Drive, Suite #3 Kaysville, UT 84037
  • Several designated parking stalls available with our signage to indicate spots
  • Located on 2nd floor in southwest suite
  • Stairs immediately located at West entrance of the building
  • Elevator located inside West entrance just past reception desk


What do I do when I arrive?

  • Check in with receptionist at the front desk
  • Receptionist will take you to the waiting area until your service provider is ready


Can I shower after my treatment?

  • Yes! We have two bathrooms in the spa with showers and a space to get ready
  • Bathrooms are large enough for couples to use together
  • Bathroom is handicap accessible
  • Blow dryers are available for use
  • Robes are available for use after treatment so you can go from treatment room to bathroom

What essential oils are used for aromatherapy?

  • Jade Bloom essential oils!
  • We love supporting other local Utah businesses and love these oils


What massage lotions are used?

  • Biotone Advanced Therapy Massage Lotion! Hypoallergenic and unscented, it contains apricot oil to soften skin, grapeseed oil for a light texture, and sesame oil to soothe and moisturize all skin types.
  • Therablend Magnesium Calming Cream. Contains minerals that are harvested from the Dead Sea, these minerals help soothe, nourish, and cleanse your system. Magnesium also calms the nerves and muscles.
  • TheraReleaf Massage Oil. This oil is  enriched with certified organic pure Cannabidiol  Extract along with organic Hempseed & Jojoba oils. Other key ingredients include Arnica, Vitamins A & E, Olive Oil, Squalane, and Cocoa Butter. Unscented, hypoallergenic, and paraben free.

Gift Certificate FAQ

Do gift certificates expire?

  • Gift cards expire a year from the date you purchased it. 


Do you offer physical or digital gift certificates?

  • Both! You can come in and get a physical copy of the gift certificate or when purchased online a digital copy will be sent to you!


Can I choose a specific service, or does it have to be a dollar amount? 

  • You can choose a specific service but we always suggest doing a dollar amount so the recipient can choose any service!


Can I tip on the gift certificate!

  • Of course! The tip can be put onto the gift certificate if you would like.


Do I need to bring in the gift certificate?

  • You do not need to bring it in but we will need the ID number that can be found on the gift certificate!


Are gift certificates final?

  • Yes! All gift certificates are final and not refundable.


* We do our best to help keep gift certificates a surprise! When purchasing online, the system automatically sends the gift certificate to the recipient unless you schedule it for a future date. We appreciate your understanding, as some parts of the process are automated and out of our control. Thank you for your flexibility! 

Add Ons FAQ

How can I add an Add On to my service?

  • When booking online a screen will come up where you can add anything on. Or you can text or call us and we would be happy to help you out!


Do I need to let you know in advance if I want an Add On?

  • Yes! Some of our Add Ons will take extra time and we need to see if there is room in our schedule. 


Can I choose more than one Add On?

  • Yes! You can add as many Add Ons as you would like!


Massage FAQ

Do I need to undress for a chair massage?

  • No, chair massages are fully clothed! We ask for you to wear loose clothing so we can work over the clothes.


 Can I get a chair massage if I have back or neck pain? 

  • Yes, chair massages focus on your back and neck!


Do I need to undress for a full body table massage?

  • Typically, the client undresses for a full body massage but you are more than welcome to keep undergarments on if that will make you more comfortable. You will be covered with a sheet and blanket at all times. We can also work over the sheet as well!


 Can I choose how much pressure is used?

  • Yes! If you have a specific request for the pressure let your therapist know! They will check in with you but its your responsibility to let them know if there should be changes in pressure or if something is uncomfortable.

Where can I make an appointment?

  • You can book an appointment on our website under the "Book Now" button or you can call or text us and we would be happy to help you make an appointment!


 Can I request a certain therapist? 

  • Absolutely! If there is a certain therapist you would like let us know and we will be happy to book you with them! Keep in mind sometimes issues arise and the spa reserves the right to change the therapist if needed. It is not a guarantee that you will be booked with the requested therapist.


How can I book a couples massage?

  • We ask that you call or text us to book a couples massage. You can make a couples massage online but we will be texting you later to make sure we have all the details and information we need!


 * When booking a surprise for someone, we do our best to keep it a secret! However, our system is automated and may send notifications to the recipient. We appreciate your understanding, as some parts of the process are out of our control. Thank you for your understanding!
